Returns Policy

1. Returns

The returns duration varies depending on the product item and is mentioned in the corresponding “Returns” tab of product description page. If the number of days has gone beyond the returns duration since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
• Gift cards
• Some health and personal care items

2. Refunds (if applicable)

a. In case of defective items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, please send us an email within 3 days of receiving the product to hello@silvesse.com with a description of the defect along with at least 3 photos/1 video (video in case of electronic products or products with moving parts) of the product, clearly showing the defect or missing parts as you received it. Once we have received all these necessary information, we will inspect and assess the damage/defect and we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will send you a shipping label that will be pre-filled and pre-paid and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.

b. Money back

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within the returns duration which varies depending on the product item and is mentioned in the corresponding “Returns” tab of product description page. If the number of days has gone beyond the returns duration since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. For refunds, please send us an email to hello@silvesse.com with a short description. We will notify you with further instructions by email upon which you will ship the item back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs will not be borne by Silvessa.

Please do not send your purchase back to us prior to the process stated above.

3. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged when you received it and the exchange/replacement will be for the same item only. Please send us an email within 3 days of receiving the product to hello@silvesse.com with a description of the defect along with at least 3 photos/1 video (video in case of electronic products or products with moving parts ) of the product, clearly showing the defect or missing parts as you received it. Once we have received all these necessary information, we will inspect and assess the damage/defect and we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the exchange (exchange for the same item is subject to availability of the product. Else, refunds for defective items policy (clause 2[a]) applies). If you are approved for an exchange, subject to availability of the product, we will send you a shipping label that will be pre-filled and pre-paid for you to return the defective item to. We will ship the replacement item at the earliest.

4. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
